At Future by Diversity, we believe in the power of mentorship. The mentoring program brings experienced women and less experienced women together to learn from each other, grow, and share experiences. After all, why do it alone when you can do it together!

The mentoring program is for women with ambition, growth, or a development question. That could be you at the beginning of your career, as a (starting) entrepreneur, or a woman with ambition. As an experienced mentor, you know the pitfalls, but also the opportunities to seize during your career. It is extremely valuable to share this knowledge and experience with women who are in the same situation or will be in the future. It is an opportunity to be inspired by other ways of working and thinking.

Within the program, there are a minimum of five contact moments between the mentor and mentee to discuss the mentee’s issue.

KICK-OFF
During the kick-off, you will get to know the entire group, make first contact with your mentor or mentee, and the program will start!
COMPANY VISITS
We visit two companies to learn how other organizations work.
SOUNDING BOARD
We have two separate sounding board moments, one for all mentees and one for all mentors. This way, we can discuss progress with each other and support you where needed.
FINAL CLOSURE
We conclude the program after five months by reflecting on the program and looking at the learning points together
